Band of Brothers Hockey School

Band of Brothers is a three-day hockey camp in St. Joseph, MI, built on the same structure and proven curriculum used at Messier International Hockey School.

Led by Luke, Mark, and Matteo Esposito, the camp delivers elite instruction and high-tempo, competitive reps.

Director, Lead Instructor

LUKE ESPOSITO

Now in his third season in the DEL (German Elite League) with Adler Mannheim, Luke has played over 500 professional games across Europe and North America. Before heading overseas, he spent six seasons in the AHL with the Edmonton Oilers’ and Detroit Red Wings’ affiliates.

A 2012 graduate of Brunswick School, Luke played four years at Harvard University, winning two ECAC Championships and reaching the NCAA Frozen Four. Known for his elite hockey sense, Luke earned a reputation as a high-IQ, two-way forward trusted in every situation. Today, as our lead skills coach, he brings that same professionalism to his work with young players.

MARK ESPOSITO

After graduating from Brunswick School in 2014 and playing two seasons for the Chilliwack Chiefs in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL), Mark graduated from Amherst College in 2020.

A reliable, defensive-minded blueliner, he earned a reputation for consistency, toughness, and leadership. On the ice, Mark brings a detailed, team-first approach to instruction, helping players build strong fundamentals in power skating and defending.

MATTEO ESPOSITO

Matteo graduated from Brunswick School in 2015 before moving to western Canada, where he played two seasons of Junior A in the BCHL and AJHL. He finished his career at Wesleyan University.

A lifelong student of the position, Matteo has been coaching goaltenders for over a decade. Learning from Steve Valiquette and Nolan Schaefer, former NHL goalies and pioneers in modern goalie analytics and technique, Matteo brings a detail-driven, fundamentals-first approach to developing young goaltenders.
